About the role
13. This is a full-time role, however flexibility in this will be considered
14. We know that having a work-life balance is important, so we offer our colleagues as much flexibility as possible in line with the needs of their role
15. The base location for this role is Greggs Q9 but can work remotely if required.
What you'll do
As a Technical Specification Officer, you’ll:
16. Completion of Raw Material & Finished Product Specifications to key deadlines as per our PLM requirements.
17. Contribute and support to the implementation of the new specification system.
18. Complete objectives and KPIs ( Mass Updates / Allergen Audits) – providing updates each reporting period/as required.
19. Completion & maintenance of Specification Status Trackers to ensure accurate data available to key stakeholders.
20. Maintain PLM planner cards when specifications become live to highlight the status of the spec for the PLM process.
21. Provide specification detail reports to relevant stakeholders such as; Where used reports, Specification status updates etc.
22. Provide support to customer care team by answering Technical related customer queries regarding allergens / ingredient lists etc.
