We run a wide range of programmes, including our thriving Gymnastics Club Programme and after-school classes, where we create safe, fun, and progressive environments for young athletes to thrive.
The Role
We are looking for passionate and motivated Gymnastics Coaches to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your skills and experience to the next level while working across our established Club Programme in Richmond and Kingston, as well as delivering after-school classes in schools throughout Surrey and South West London.
As part of our coaching team, you will:
* Deliver engaging and progressive gymnastics sessions for children of varying ages and abilities.
* Support the development of gymnasts in both recreational and club environments.
* Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere.
* Provide constructive feedback to help gymnasts improve their confidence and ability.
* Be an ambassador for England Sports Group, promoting our values and passion for sport.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: Previous experience coaching gymnastics (recreational or competitive level).
* Qualifications: A recognised gymnastics coaching qualification (Level 1+ desirable).
* Skills: Strong communication, enthusiasm, and the ability to inspire and engage children.
* Attitude: Professional, reliable, and passionate about developing young athletes.
* Flexibility: Willingness to travel across Richmond, Kingston, Surrey, and South West London for classes.
