Bradford Children and Families Trust is currently looking for Social Worker Advanced Practitioners to join the Locality Teams in Keighley & Shipley. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the city of culture, supporting children and families across Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), Public Law Outline (PLO), and care proceedings.

Key Responsibilities of the Social Worker
* Undertake and complete CIN and CP work.
* Progress cases through PLO and care proceedings where necessary.
* Develop clear, evidence-based assessments and plans to safeguard children.
* Work in partnership with families and professionals to deliver high-quality interventions.
Requirements of the Social Worker
* Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
* Advanced practitioner-level experience within a Locality, CIN, CP, or court-based service.
* Strong assessment, communication, and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage complex caseloads effectively.
