The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented and driven E-Commerce Manager - EU to join our E-Commerce team.
Reporting to the Senior E-Commerce Manager, you will:
* Focus on Amazon Seller Central accounts across EU markets (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, and more).
* Support marketplace expansion through ChannelEngine and new platforms such as ManoMano, Allegro, Bol, and Cdiscount.
* Optimise product listings, content, and PPC campaigns to maximise sales, market share, and profitability.
* Partner with cross-functional teams (NPD, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain) to deliver best-in-class e-commerce execution.
* Embrace new technologies, including our Enabling E-comm tech stack (rolling out soon), and play an active role in preparing for the increasing role of AI in e-commerce.
What we need you to bring to the team
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an similar e-commerce role, ideally with a focus on Amazon Seller Central.
* Strong knowledge of EU e-commerce marketplaces and tools (ChannelEngine experience a plus).
* A self-starter mindset - confident working independently while managing multiple projects.
* Adaptability: you thrive in change and see it as an opportunity, not a challenge.
* Strong analytical and commercial awareness with the ability to spot growth opportunities.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.
