Our services include laser cutting, forming, fabrication, CAD design, powder coating, tube manipulation, and welding. MTI’s design team collaborates closely with customers to deliver tailored products with exceptional lead times and quality at competitive prices.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist located in West Midlands. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing customer service, and training. Daily tasks include identifying and targeting potential customers, conducting market research, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
* Experience in Sales and Sales Management
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work on-site in Birmingham.
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred but not essential.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus.
