We are looking for Support Workers with the passion to work with our fantastic teams in community services in Somerset. Ideally, you will have a background in supporting autistic people, but if not, we offer a comprehensive training programme to help you achieve a fulfilling job.
Your working pattern will require flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families, including evening and weekend work.
This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week. The salary is £26,325 per annum, which is £13.50 per hour.
Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is Essential.

We need you to be resilient, supportive, and sensitive to the needs of autistic people. Working as a support worker requires passion, patience, and commitment, but it offers meaningful rewards.

All staff are required to undergo a criminal background check to protect our autistic adults. An Enhanced DBS Check, either on the Update Service or conducted within the last 12 months, is preferred but not essential.
