This Rent Setting & Service Charge Admin position offers the opportunity to support the delivery of accurate rent and service charge calculations, ensuring over 70,000 tenants are well-informed and supported through annual changes.

Youll be working as part of a small, collaborative team during a busy and critical period, helping to coordinate processes, manage queries, and ensure a high standard of service delivery. This Rent Setting & Service Charge Admin opportunity is perfect for candidates who want to build on existing experience and take the next step in their career.
As a Rent Setting & Service Charge Admin, you will be:
Managing a high volume of rent and service charge queries via email and phone
Coordinating responses to tenant queries and complaints with internal teams
Using Excel and Power BI to calculate accurate service charges
Supporting with mail merges and tenant communications
Providing guidance and support to managers and colleagues
Id love to speak to anyone who has:
Experience working with rents and service charges within social housing
Strong Excel skills, including functions such as XLOOKUP
Experience handling customer queries both in writing and over the phone
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high-volume workload
Confidence using a range of IT systems, including Microsoft Office
Key requirements for this Rent Setting & Service Charge Admin role:
Working knowledge of legislation relating to rents and service charges
Strong data handling and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
