About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / Automotive Service Engineer to carry out servicing, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs across modern vehicle platforms.
You will work on engine systems, electrical modules, chassis components, and advanced vehicle technologies, ensuring repairs are completed correctly first time and to manufacturer specifications.
This role is perfect for a technician who enjoys precision mechanical engineering, advanced diagnostics, and premium vehicle maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform vehicle servicing and preventative maintenance
* Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and engine management faults
* Repair braking systems, steering components, suspension systems, and drivetrain systems
* Work on hybrid and electric vehicle technology systems (training provided)
* Complete technical inspection reports and digital service records
* Install manufacturer accessories and vehicle technology components
* Maintain compliance with safety and quality engineering standards
* Support workshop productivity and technical knowledge sharing
About You
* Experienced Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or Automotive Service Engineer
* Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic ability
* Experience within independent, fast-fit, or dealership workshops welcomed
* Motivated, reliable, and detail-focused engineering mindset
* Full UK driving licence
* EV and hybrid certification advantageous but not essential
