Job Description
The Talent & Training Advisor role at Lantmännen Unibake is based in Milton Keynes with travel to Bedford and Bagshot. It reports to the Head of Talent in the HR department. The role is full‑time, 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:00, with flexibility to support a 24/7 workforce). At Lantmännen Unibake, we’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Talent & Training Advisor to join our Human Resources team. What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the administration and coordination of training programs, including compliance and mandatory training
* Manage training calendars, employee records, and online training modules
* Support the delivery of Leadership Development Programs and Early Careers initiatives
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to enhance onboarding and employer branding
* Develop and deliver learning materials, including digital content using Articulate and other platforms
* Administer CIEH licenses and maintain accurate training documentation
Skills & Requirements
What We’re Looking For
* Strong organisational skills are essential. You will be managing multiple systems and processes to ensure smooth training operations across our sites
* Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment—whether on the shop floor or in a supporting role—helps you understand the unique challenges of our industry
You’ll Need
* Proficiency in the Windows suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience with social media is a plus, great for promoting training and engaging employees
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A flexible, pragmatic approach and a passion for continuous improvement
Qualifications & Experience
* CIPD Level 3 or equivalent vocational qualification (or relevant experience) desirable but not essential
* Familiarity with training systems and record management
