Care Assistant (night shifts)
In addition to the salary, this role attracts enhanced payments, which include:
1. Time and a half for all weekend hours.
2. Time and a third for weekdays hours worked between 20.00 and 23.00

Woldhaven Care Home is looking for a compassionate and reliable Night Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents throughout the night, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Duties include assisting with personal care, responding to residents’ needs, and promoting a safe and calm environment. If you are caring, attentive, and committed to making a difference, we would love to hear from you. Experience in care is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Wold Haven Residential is a care home for older people in Pocklington. The home has been awarded a ‘Good’ rating by the Care Quality Commission and we pride ourselves on quality and providing a homely environment for our residents. We are looking for night care assistant for 2 x contracted night shifts per week. 11pm to 7am
You may be already experienced in working in care or looking to start your first job in care. If so, this job may be right for you. Full training and support will be provided to develop you to provide high quality care and support that enables residents to live their best possible life. You will be part of a large professional team, and as a Care Assistant you will be you will have a varied working day supporting all residents to maintain daily living skills and to develop new ones. You will work on a 4 week rolling rota to include 2 x weekends which allowances will be paid .
1x 16 Hour Permanent night care assistant role
