Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor * Establish and maintain the Operations/Commercial partnership required to meet the needs of each project. * Monitor manage risk & associated budgets * Monitor performance standards & quality. * Procure subcontractors at lower than Tender sums whenever possible.
