THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our sales and marketing teams.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support the sales team with reporting, scheduling, and customer follow-ups
* Manage order processing and maintain accurate data in ERP systems
* Act as a key point of contact for customer queries and order tracking
* Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and pipeline data
Marketing Execution
* Support marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels
* Coordinate marketing calendars and campaign timelines
* Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials (presentations, brochures, events)
* Support trade shows, events, and promotional activities
Data & Reporting
* Track campaign and sales performance metrics
* Prepare reports to support business decision-making
* Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
* Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
