* Be a British citizen

* ILS (Integrated Logistic Support) engineering experience
* Experience managing external customers and suppliers
Salary and rewards
£48,000–£62,000

* Drive ILS processes across defence programmes
* Provide subject matter expertise throughout product lifecycles
* Develop customer relationships and manage supplier oversight
* Support team growth and knowledge sharing
Your experience
* Degree or equivalent experience in relevant engineering discipline
* Strong communication and people leadership skills
* Proven experience with ILS methods and techniques
* External customer and supplier relationship management
* Technical and behavioural capability in complex projects
