I am seeking an experienced Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager to join a friendly, dedicated team at a lovely medium-sized nursing home located near Canterbury, Kent. About the Role As Clinical Lead / Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Home Manager with the day to day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of clinical and personal care for our residents. You will divide your time between hands on nursing leadership and supernumerary duties, ensuring compliance, mentoring staff, and driving excellence throughout the home.
