Participation and Engagement Support Worker - 05650

If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Children and Family Services team as a Participation and Engagement Support Worker.
The Role
As a Participation and Engagement Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Participation and Engagement Officer in delivering high-quality participation and engagement activities for children and young people.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Assisting in the coordination and delivery of participation and engagement activities
* Supporting the collection and analysis of feedback from children and young people
* Contributing to the development and implementation of action plans based on feedback
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote participation
* Providing administrative support, including maintaining records and producing reports
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
* A genuine passion for advocating the views and needs of children and young people
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Experience in participation, engagement, or a related field is desirable.
This role is open to all, and we strongly encourage applications from people with care experience (for example, those who have been in foster care, residential care, or supported by a local authority).
This role is Fixed term for two years - funding limited project.
