Overview
An administrator required to support the running of 'The Sanctuary Community Care' office and providing support to a senior team member and the manager. Applicants would take on the daily tasks involved in running a small office, to enable management to focus on client care reviews and assessments. The administrator will work existing organisational systems including Microsoft Word and Excel, experience with this and other paperwork filing systems skills is essential. The hours are 12 hours per week, 4 hours on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, from 9-1pm ( or slightly flexible to suit suitable applicant)
Responsibilities
- To update care reviews and care assessments
- To update existing care policies
- To maintain existing client files, and create new ones
- To support the manager with the daily running of the office
- To input information onto word excel and support data protection
- To input data onto staff wages and to HMRC records
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Prior administrative experience with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with data entry, filing, and all clerical tasks
