Management Trainee – Construction / Commercial Team Location: Brierley Hill Salary: Up to £32,500 An established and growing construction company is looking to recruit a Management Trainee to join its Commercial Team. This is an excellent opportunity for either a graduate looking to build a long-term career within construction or someone with practical construction experience wanting to move into a commercial and management-focused role. The position will be primarily office-based with occasional visits to live construction projects, offering excellent exposure across key areas of the business including Buying, Quantity Surveying, Estimating, and Land Management. This role would suit an ambitious, organised, and motivated individual who is keen to learn, develop professionally, and progress within a stable and supportive company.
