Looking for a proactive Customer Services Administrator to join our UK team on a 3 month temporary basis.
This role will be 37 per week with hr lunches 1 week and 1 hour lunches the next allowing for an early Friday finish on a rota.
In this role, you'll handle sales orders, quotations, customer enquiries, returns, and general office administration, helping us deliver excellent service to our customers.
What You’ll Do
* Process sales orders, quotations, and returns
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
* Maintain accurate records and support reporting
* Assist with reception, office organisation, and other administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
* A proactive team player who can work independently
