Customer Support Coordinator - 1 Year Contract
Location: Dunstable
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours a week, with 30 minute lunch, between 8am-5pm
Salary: £25, - £28,

Responsibilities:
4. Coordinate customer inquiries and provide timely support
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, product)
6. Manage escalations effectively and ensure customer satisfaction
7. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
8. Order processing
Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience:
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German or Dutch is a strong advantage
10. Customer Service experience, with adaptability and resilience to changing customer needs
11. Proven experience in team collaboration and stakeholder management
12. Technical proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), Excel, and Outlook
13. Strong organisational and time management skills
