If you’re someone who notices the small things, keeps track of multiple moving parts and actually finishes what you start — this will suit you.

This role sits right at the centre of client communication, data accuracy and internal coordination. It’s not just admin. It’s ownership.


The Role

You’ll be responsible for keeping client cases accurate, up to date and moving in the right direction.


Day to day, that means

* Reviewing reports and picking up discrepancies quickly
* Correcting errors — from duplicate fees to incorrect account activity
* Managing client queries via email and phone with clear, confident communication
* Keeping case records accurate and audit-ready
* Liaising with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
* Monitoring progress and making sure nothing slips through the cracks

If something’s not right, you’ll spot it and deal with it.


What You’ll Need

* You like detail — genuinely. Not just “can do it if needed”
* You can learn processes quickly and retain them
* You can multitask without losing your place halfway through
* You’re organised, structured and don’t rely on being reminded
* You communicate clearly and professionally with clients
* You’re confident using Excel and systems
* You stay calm when things get busy


What You Might Not Like

Let’s be real — this isn’t for anyone.

* It’s detail-heavy — rushing will catch you out
* You’ll be juggling tasks and expected to pick things back up without missing anything
* There’s accountability — accuracy matters
* It can get busy, especially with client queries
