These temp-to-perm roles offer long-term career growth in a dynamic and expanding environment. Shifts: Rotating weekly – 6am–2pm & 2pm–10pm Days: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as required Key Responsibilities: * Lead, coach, and motivate your production team to achieve performance targets * Ensure all finished goods meet client specifications (SPI) * Drive production efficiency and meet hourly/daily output plans * Monitor workflow using the internal management system (Visions) * Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, quality, and hygiene standards * Keep accurate digital and paper records * Support internal and external hygiene audits * Promote GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and clean-as-you-go principles * Provide team feedback and liaise with agency controllers * Set the standard as a role model for best practices * Monitor and reduce waste wherever possible * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives * Take ownership of your development through training and ha...
