Job Overview:
Step into a key role with a respected regional main contractor as a Project Manager, where you'll lead the delivery of an esteemed £10+ million accommodation project in Surrey. Our client seeks an experienced project manager with a proven track record to oversee successful construction projects within the region.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in construction management, a solid grasp of construction methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a history of on-time, within-budget project delivery. Additionally, candidates should have experience managing projects around £10 million, familiarity with JCT contracts, and expertise in managing accommodation schemes for a principal main contractor.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
2. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Oversee the preparation of project plans, specifications, and contracts.
4. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks promptly.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
6. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
7. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
