As we continue to scale, we are looking for a driven professional to re-energise our regional presence and capitalize on a vast, untapped market of high-value opportunities.


The Role

We are seeking an "out and out" sales hunter. This is not a role for someone waiting for leads to be provided; it is for a high-energy professional who thrives on identifying, pursuing, and winning new business. You will work with a team to beam the ADS name across the East of England, focusing on high-capacity sites and multi-location contracts.


Key Responsibilities

* Proactive Prospecting: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the East of England, focusing on sites with high door density and complex requirements.
* Strategic Hunting: Evaluate potential leads to ensure they align with company profitability goals, prioritising volume, scale, and long-term maintenance potential.
* Relationship Management: Re‑engage with our existing customer base to expand current accounts and renew dormant connections.
* Contract Negotiation: Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing high-value installation and maintenance agreements.
* Market Expansion: Work with the team to consistently hit revenue targets in the millions.


Candidate Requirements

* Proven Track Record: Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales with a documented history of hitting or exceeding annual targets of £1M+.
* Sales Mindset: A self-starter who is "hungry" for opportunities and possesses the commercial acumen to distinguish between low-value leads and high-yield contracts.
* Local Presence: Must be able to work from our Thetford office 5 days a week.
* Industry Agnostic: Prior industrial door knowledge is not required; we provide full technical training. We value your ability to sell and manage processes above all else.
* Strategic Focus: Ability to target organisations with multiple sites or large-scale facilities to maximise maintenance contract value and service volume.
