Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and pro-active Office Manager to join our team on a Construction site based in Green Park, central London and is worth £70 Million.


Responsibilities

As an Office Manager, you will oversee the daily administrative operations of the site office, acting as a central point of contact between the site team, subcontractors, and head office. You will play a key role at the heart of the project, ensuring the smooth running of the site office while supporting the delivery of a successful building.


Your Main Tasks

* Accounting and invoicing: upload and follow up on outstanding payments
* Project administration: maintain and monitor Project SharePoint, upload and track contracts, warranties and subcontractor documentation
* Office management: manage office supplies, support onboarding of new staff
* Reporting: prepare monthly community newsletters, manage Local Employment Strategy (Section 106) and liaise with local authorities
* Archiving and Project handover: maintain project records, support archiving and handover documentation
* Events: organise site team and company events

You have proven experience (2-5 years) as an Office Manager on a construction site.

* Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

* Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
