The Best Connection are recruiting experienced Automotive Polishers to join an established automotive manufacturer in South Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a temporary-to-permanent role with a reputable company (subject to a successful skills test).
Responsibilities
* Polishing and finishing automotive body panels to a high standard
* Using polishing equipment, compounds, and materials effectively
* Inspecting work to ensure a flawless finish before handover
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
* Previous experience in automotive polishing essential
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Hours of Work
* 06:00 - 14:00 (AM shift) → £13.25/hr
* 14:00 - 22:00 (PM shift) → £13.75/hr
* 22:00 - 06:00 (Night shift) → £14.25/hr (Monday - Friday)
