This business supply innovative products into retail and foodservice customers.
This role will work alongside the NPD Manager and development and commercial teams to develop customer briefs and then create samples and map out then manage the critical path through to launch.
The role could suit a graduate with some dev kitchen / manufacturing experience or a food tech with 1-2 years experience, opportunities and projects and development plan can be tweaked to suit slightly different levels of experience.
The business look after people and have a track record of developing individuals that we have placed, they are a nice, friendly and bubbly group of people.
Location - Luton - Milton Keynes area.
Package £28-32k + package.
