As part of our growing Research team, you’ll play a key role in making Tesco the most customer-centric company in the UK. You’ll bring our insights to life, humanising the data and helping teams across the business make smarter, faster decisions. Delivering high-quality, impactful research projects that influence real business decisions. Working across a wide variety of topics—from product innovation and in-store experience to brand building, advertising, and emerging technologies. Translating research findings into compelling stories that answer key business questions. Managing projects through both in-house tools and agency partners, from briefing to delivery. Collaborating with fellow researchers, insight managers, and external agencies to design the best research approaches. Supporting the development of new tools and capabilities across the wider Insight team. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with a flair for visualising insights. A passion for championing the voice of the customer across the business. Experience in scripting surveys and analysing results—ideally from a research agency background. Confidence managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Commercial awareness and curiosity to dig deeper into customer behaviour.
