Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Shift Manager on a full-time basis at our Britvic site in Lutterworth. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will oversee multiple functions. This is a night shift role working Monday to Friday.
Salary: £40,657.31 per annum plus £5,053.76 shift premium per annum.
How Will You Contribute
* Motivate and manage the team to achieve, and where possible exceed, all performance objectives.
* Manage resources effectively to meet KPI’s (cost, quality, service, and absence).
* Promote a proactive approach to Health & Safety through risk assessments and ensuring team compliance with policies.
* Conduct regular reviews and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.
* Manage time and attendance.
* Control processes related to order fulfillment, vehicle loading/tipping, and returns operations.
* Maintain excellent relationships with customer representatives.
* Seek continuous improvements in processes and methods, and introduce best practices within the site.
