System Test Engineer Uxbridge | Full-time | On-site (1 day wfh) £55,000-£60,000 We’re looking for a System Test Engineer to join a growing engineering team focused on developing and delivering next-generation communication products. In this role, you’ll take ownership of system verification and validation, working closely with hardware, software, and cross-functional teams to ensure products meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements before release. What you’ll be doing: Lead system, integration, verification, and validation testing for new products Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and reports Support regulatory and compliance testing (e.g. ETSI, FCC, EMC/EMI) Work closely with engineering teams to diagnose issues and improve product quality Contribute to test strategy and Design-for-Test during development Coordinate with third-party test labs where required What we’re looking for: Experience in system and integration testing of hardware and/or software products Strong debugging, failure analysis, and problem-solving skills Exposure to regulatory or compliance testing (ETSI, FCC, EMC/EMI) Comfortable producing clear test documentation Experience with Python or scripting for test automation or data analysis is a plus Background in electronics, RF, telecommunications, or similar engineering fields This role is primarily based on site with the opportunity to work 1 day from home, workload dependent.
