Key Responsibilities:
* Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
* Identify the specific needs of each customer through open questions.
* Record and communicate customer feedback to Store Management to inform design and buying decisions.
* Process incoming and outgoing merchandise accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain stockroom organization and follow loss prevention procedures.
* Re-merchandise displays, POS, and store areas to maximize sales.
* Handle till operations, cash handling, banking, and related admin tasks effectively.
* Act as deputy for the Store Manager or Assistant Manager when needed.
* Report any policy or procedure issues to shop managers.
* Perform other duties as assigned by Store Management.
The Person:
* Available to work according to store schedule.
* Retail experience required.
* Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards the Fred Perry brand.
