Supply Desk is working in partnership with a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Beaconsfield, seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in Lower Key Stage 2, helping them build confidence, independence, and strong academic foundations as they continue through their primary education. About the Role As a Year 4 Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive Use adaptive teaching strategies to meet the needs of every learner Maintain high expectations and positive behaviour standards Assess and track pupil progress, using data to inform future planning Contribute to a creative and well-rounded curriculum You will play a key role in nurturing pupils' curiosity, resilience, and enthusiasm for learning.
