The Hewitt Fertility Centre is one of Britain's largest Reproductive medicine units, providing a comprehensive service to both NHS and fee-paying patients.
The Hewitt Fertility Centre is wholly committed to providing high-quality services to patients attending the centre for a range of fertility-related investigations and treatments. An opportunity has arisen at the Liverpool site for a Reception Administrator, who should be a bright, committed, and enthusiastic individual. You will work within a rapidly developing service and must demonstrate excellent communication skills. A background in administration is essential. The unit operates from 07:00 to 17:00 currently, supporting a 7-day service.
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to cover weekend shifts.
The post holder will be responsible for providing a welcoming, helpful, and efficient reception service for all patients and visitors. This involves understanding the administrative arrangements within the unit and proficiency in relevant IT systems, including Patient Administrative Systems (PAS). The ability to handle high activity levels professionally and compassionately is essential. The successful candidate will work weekends.
