Here at GXO, we’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join our NHS team in Crick. This is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping the employee experience and driving a positive workplace culture in a fast-paced logistics environment. As our HR Advisor, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things people-related within your designated area.
This role is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 09:00 till 17:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance, and policy matters
* Support the full employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to disciplinary and exit processes
* Coach and empower line managers to build high-performing teams aligned with GXO values
* Monitor and report on key HR metrics including headcount, turnover, and absence
* Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and contribute to the Site People Plan
What you need to succeed at GXO :
* CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards this
* Strong ER casework background with solid knowledge of UK employment law
* Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor/Officer role
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A collaborative, flexible, and solutions-focused mindset
