You'll balance creativity with consistency, and passion with professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Take full responsibility for the end-to-end catering operation, including food quality, service standards, and financial performance.Recruit, train, lead, and inspire a high-performing team who take pride in what they do.Control food and labour costs, manage waste, and protect margins through smart, data-driven decisions.Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients and customers, delivering a service that consistently exceeds expectations.Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies at all times.Champion quality, consistency, and innovation across the kitchen and wider catering offer.What We're Looking For:Previous experience in a Chef Manager role, with a solid understanding of operational leadership.A genuine love of great food, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and thoughtful menu planning.Confident leadership and communication skills — you motivate teams and lead from the front.A strong sense of accountability and pride in running your operation as if it were your own.Commercial awareness, with proven experience managing P&L, budgets, and key performance indicators.The ability to build positive relationships and create a supportive, high-energy working environment.Hungry for more?We also offer exciting culinary pathways for team members who want to level up.
