Our Client is seeking an experienced Buildings Project Manager (SQEP) to lead the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety, technical, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full project lifecycle from award to completion
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
* Ensure SHEQ compliance across all stages
* Oversee budgets, cost control, and contract administration (e.g. NEC4)
* Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
* Maintain project documentation and handover records
* Lead and support site teams to drive performance
Requirements
* Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or similar (or equivalent experience)
* 8–10 years’ experience delivering complex building/infrastructure projects
* Strong knowledge of regulations, planning, and construction methods
* Proven contract and budget management experience
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desirable
* Chartered status (e.g. CIOB, RIBA)
* NEC4 or similar contract experience
