About the role
A surveyor has specific requirements to ensure we are meeting regulatory, statutory, and health & safety obligations. With responsibility for ensuring our services meet operational standards and targets, provide value for money and involve colleagues and customers to improve service delivery.
Note: If successful in this role, a DBS check will be required. Further details will be sent following offer.
About you
* HNC in construction or equivalent and/or a time served trades background in carpentry or plumbing with a recognised qualification (e.g., City & Guilds).
* Professional qualification in a trade-associated skill (e.g., City & Guilds).
* Organised with the ability to balance and prioritise workload within a designated patch.
* Customer-centric approach with a focus on getting it right first time.
* Pragmatic decision maker who can think on their feet.
* Experience in Repairs & Maintenance surveying is essential.
* Full UK Driving licence.
* Knowledge of current legislation around damp & mould is beneficial.
* Evidence of required certificates and qualifications will be required before commencing employment.
