Job Description
Key responsibilities:
3. Oversee night shift production operations to meet performance and quality targets.
4. 70% shopfloor based 30% office based
5. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.
6. Manage and develop a team of production staff to maintain high standards.
7. Monitor and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
9. Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.
10. Implement and uphold company policies and procedures during the night shift.
11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Production Shift Manager should have:
12. Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within industrial or manufacturing environments.
