Sales Development Representative
Location: Onsite/ Hybrid (flexible)
Salary: c£35,000 DOE + Commission + bonus for quality of leads

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a confident, driven individual to generate leads and book qualified appointments. You’ll work closely with a commercially focused sales team and have a clear route to grow into a more strategic or client-facing role if you wished!
What You’ll Be Doing
* Researching and identifying target accounts in key sectors
* Mapping stakeholders- from users and technical experts to decision-makers and budget holders
* Running outbound campaigns via phone, email and LinkedIn
* Booking qualified meetings for the sales team
* Keeping CRM data accurate and insight-rich
* Feeding back on campaign performance and target quality in weekly check-ins
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in lead generation or appointment setting (B2B ideal)
* Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
* Confidence speaking to senior stakeholders across multiple functions
* Proactive, self-driven mindset- you know how to build a pipeline
