The Role
* Conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Identifying and engaging prospective clients and decision-makers
* Generating and qualifying leads for the wider commercial team
* Booking meetings and supporting pipeline growth initiatives
* Researching target markets, businesses, and industry trends
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity tracking
* Working closely with internal teams to support commercial strategy
* Contributing ideas and insights to improve outreach effectiveness
About You
* Previous experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or a customer-facing role
* Strong communication skills, particularly over phone and email
* Confident conducting outbound outreach and building relationships
* Highly organised with strong follow-up and time management skills
