ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nSales Manager\nHeading up internal sales whilst supporting external sales, reporting to the Managing Director, your key focus will be to build on existing excellent growth and performance.\nWorking with existing experienced team of sales both internally and externally, dealing with both existing and new customers.\nIn meeting and exceeding business targets, you will support the sales team with the customer journey, specialising in sales and technical support for the larger scale projects.\nWith a market leading, premium brand product range, you will work in partnership with the sales team and the customer in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Of course, you will represent the company and brand with the highest level of integrity and professionalism at all times.\nYou will support the existing Managing Director in day to day tasks including monthly reporting, performance statistics with regular dialogue with our European headquarters.\nInvolvement in marketing strategy in conjunction with Senior Sales Manager and extensive marketing team.\nCandidate Requirements:\nThe ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, driven and ambitious sales professional, with a track record of delivering sales, revenue and margin growth in a technical component environment. You may currently be a technical sales manager looking for an exciting career development opportunity, excellent potential earnings and a strong and successful company to work with.\nEither way, your expertise will be in building customer relationships, winning and retaining existing and new business, with a pro-active and ambitious character.\nSkills & Requirements\n· Relevant qualifications and experience, and has affinity with the role.\n· Good level of education in IT, Maths & English and technical qualifications (i.e mechanical engineering)\n· Knowledge and experience of negotiation of technical based solutions\n· Excellent communication skills\n· Experience of managing a sales team\n· A demonstration of loyalty and leadership\n· Should be based in the area of Milton Keynes\n· Experience in using IT systems and CRM\nTraining\n· Full training provided in both UK and headquarters\n· Product knowledge and application\n· CRM user training\n· 3-4 weeks training at our head office together with follow up training for ‘top-up’\nknowledge\n· On the job training of all UK systems and processes\nWant to know more about this fantastic opportunity then please send a CV over ASAP
