What the job involves: To provide daily administration support within the fleet departments for Bucher Municipal UK for all products. To support in the coordination of the demonstration/training/support fleet diaries for Demo-Trainers and vehicles. Requests to the service network and subcontractors for repairs, routine service, periodic safety inspections and annual MOT's where applicable for Bucher Fleet Vehicles. Requests to the service network to prepare vehicles for demo/support/hire/sale. Receive Support/Hire Vehicle Requests (as per demo requests) and ensure all the correct and necessary information is provided ahead of an allocation of a vehicle if deemed necessary. Work Experience: Good communicator at all levels, confident telephone manner, ability to prioritize workloads and multitask with minimal supervision are all essential criteria for this role. Basic computer packages - Word/Excel/PowerPoint. Desirable Attributes: Previous background in a team role (sales and/or customer service environment).
