Blue Legal are partnering with a leading global law firm who are recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager, focusing on Energy & Infrastructure, to join their London office. You will support the Firm’s Clients & Sectors strategy, working with partners to drive revenue, targeted client engagement, and exceptional client experiences using top CRM/BD practices
The Responsibilities:
* Identify high-value opportunities for complex, high-margin work through white-space analysis and deep knowledge of energy & infrastructure clients.
* Coordinate proactive, targeted engagement using firmwide sector/practice expertise to stay top-of-mind with key clients.
* Lead and manage a portfolio of energy & infra client accounts, ensuring seamless cross-practice service delivery.
* Create and execute action-oriented client account plans aligned to growth opportunities and full-firm selling.
* Track KPIs on revenue, cross-selling, origination, retention, and competitor activity, and implement response strategies.
* Drive structured client feedback, support partner conversations, and ensure follow-through on actions and communication.
* Build strong relationships across clients and internal teams to deliver a standout, connected client experience.
* Champion best-practice account management, lead onboarding, enhance processes, and ensure effective CRM use (Salesforce) and accurate client records.
The Candidate:
* Proven client development experience in legal/professional services, with strong relationship-building skills and a client-facing mindset.
* Solid knowledge of the energy sector (renewables, traditional energy, infrastructure),
* Strong CRM capability and comfort with data, analytics, and reporting to support informed decision making and client growth.
* Excellent communication skills and personal attributes including adaptability, professionalism, confidence, sociability, rigour, and conscientiousness.
