Job summary The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated NHS Futures Pre-Employment Programme Lead to support the design and delivery of high-quality pre-employment and employability programmes aligned to Trust workforce priorities. Working as part of the NHS Futures Team within Corporate Learning Services, the post holder will play a key role in supporting individuals from diverse and under-represented backgrounds to prepare for, progress into and sustain employment within the NHS. Communication To provide an efficient and professional point of contact for the NHS Futures Team on the telephone, via email, or face to face; responding to employment enquiries and taking appropriate action. To maintain links with external stakeholders providing them with details of employment programme opportunities available within the Trust and negotiating potential income opportunities with them. To liaise with employment programme participants, and other partner organisations to ensure they have all the information required regarding the programme. To liaise with Widening Participation partners in other Trusts to share good practice and develop the delivery of work experience. To develop promotional and marketing materials to support all employment programmes.
