About the Role
Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary schools in Essex. This role offers flexibility to suit your availability while providing the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of school settings. You will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
2. Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
3. Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
4. Ensure a safe, positive, and productive learning environment
5. Provide feedback to the school on pupil progress and behaviour
6. Uphold safeguarding policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
8. Experience teaching within a primary school setting
9. Strong classroom management skills
10. Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude
11. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
