Learning Support Assistant – Part Time – Ware - £16.00 per hour We are recruiting for Learning Support Assistants to work at Hertford Regional College to help deliver an outstanding learner experience and be inspirational to students at HRC’s state of art facilities in Ware About The Role We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about enabling learners with identified learning differences to access the college environment, to include academic support, pastoral support and communication for learners to realise their potential. We have a position available at employed as a temporary agency worker via HRG, supporting Learners cross campus in various departments. The roles are based on a working day of 9am to 4.30pm with a one-hour lunch break, term time only. 3 days per week. The rate of pay is £16.00 per hour including holiday pay. Starting September 2026, term time only on an ongoing temporary contract basis. About You Successful candidates will possess experience of working in learning support with SEN Learners, ideally within the FE sector.
