Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Brand Manager in Marketing. The position is based in Wisbech, with some work from home acceptable. The Assistant Brand Manager will support the brand manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, analyzing consumer insights, coordinating promotional activities, and assisting with budget management. Daily tasks include creating content for marketing materials, monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of marketing principles and brand management
* Experience in market research and consumer insights analysis
* Skills in content creation, including writing and creative development
* Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management
* Excellent organizational and project management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Experience in the apparel or fashion industry is a plus
