Position : Paediatric Healthcare Assistant
Location: Kibworth, Leicestershire
Pay rate: £14.00per hour
Shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday Waking Nights (2100 - 0700)

About the Role & our client:
As a Healthcare Assistant at Komplex Care, you'll be providing care and support to the client. He is a young child living in Kibworth, requiring support at home. Cri Du Chat Syndrome
Trisomy 9 Syndrome

Ventilator
Tracheostomy
Personal care
Medication administration
What We're Looking For: Experience with children
Compassion, resilience and flexibility
Confidence in providing care to children with complex needs
Confidence in working 1:1
Warm & bubbly approach, willing to engage and show empathy.
A team-first attitude and commitment to delivering person-centred care
Skills & Qualities Required:
Experience in medical or complex care for children Knowledge of Ventilators & Tracheostomy
Patience, empathy, and strong observational skills
Ability to follow care plans and therapeutic programmes
