Job purpose:
Ensure continuous supply of goods achieving Company KPIs and budgets
Service :
Deliver to company availability targets for all retail channels, whilst balancing associated cost for New & Refit and other exceptional activity.
Provide agreed level of service to Business to Business (3rd party) customers.
Stock :
Management of stock in store assisting through emergency escalations, peak stock holding and stock build management
Overall role
* Drive availability and service through our New, Refit, and Closure store programs
* Create and share insightful reports that influence key decisions
* Support B2B growth by developing smart, scalable processes
* Optimise store settings and service levels across the business
* Be the go-to problem solver for ad hoc requests
