Your key responsibilities include:
* Welcoming customers with a smile and being genuinely friendly
* Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
* Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a manager
* Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and areas maintained according to health & safety standards
* Carrying out temperature checks and recording results
* Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
* Maintaining food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
* Following performance standards and shift manager instructions
* Contributing to the restaurant’s goals and targets
* Maintaining cleanliness and restocking workstations to exceed customer expectations
* Reporting work-related incidents or injuries promptly
* Following safety procedures and wearing PPE when required
