Parent Assessment Service Lead – Mother & Baby unit Residential Care Location: Epsom, Surrey Salary: £65,000 – £100,000 DOE Contract: Permanent | Full-Time (4 days per week) Lead a new, specialist Mother & Baby residential service and drive outstanding outcomes under Ofsted. G’s Children’s Community (GCC) is opening a new Mother & Baby Residential Home providing a structured 12-week trauma-informed programme for up to six mothers (18+) and their babies. Our Nurturing Beginnings model supports vulnerable mothers to build safe, confident parenting skills while promoting the wellbeing and development of their infants. We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead this home, shape its culture, and ensure the highest standards of practice in line with Ofsted requirements.
